Georgina is a Director at ABC Partnership Ltd, bringing over a decade of experience across legal recruitment, marketing and business development within both Barristers’ Chambers and leading law firms.
Her career includes time working directly within Chambers, alongside senior Business Development roles in private practice, giving her a rare dual-market perspective. Georgina understands how barristers, lawyers and practice managers build sustainable careers and position themselves competitively in an evolving legal market.
At ABC, Georgina focuses on strategic recruitment and growth advisory for chambers. She supports Heads of Chambers, Senior Clerks and Management Committees on market positioning, succession planning and lateral recruitment, ensuring hiring decisions align with long-term business objectives. With a strong background in marketing and business development, she evaluates recruitment through a commercial lens – considering profile, client development potential and long-term contribution to chambers’ strategy.
Prior to joining ABC, Georgina held senior marketing and BD roles at leading legal organisations including 4 Stone Buildings, 5 Essex Court and 2 Hare Court, and served as UK & Ireland Business Development and Marketing Manager at a global City law firm. This breadth of experience across Commercial, Corporate, Criminal, Regulatory, Insurance and Public Law practices informs her commercially grounded and market-aware approach.
Georgina is a strong advocate for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and wellbeing within the legal profession. As a neurodivergent leader, she brings authenticity and practical insight to conversations around inclusive recruitment and sustainable workplace culture. She has led meaningful EDI initiatives across the sector and is a finalist for Business Leader of the Year at the Women & Diversity in Law Awards, recognising her impact and leadership in this space.
