Hudson manages our senior level recruitment opportunities and strategic business development projects. He is a key advisor within ABC and to those individuals seeking a lateral move at the bar or for those seeking a potential move as a team. Hudson has over 25 successful years’ industry experience as a clerk at senior level, providing leadership and management with respect to the development of barristers’ practices and clerking teams as well as enhancing chamber’s profile with business development and marketing projects. He was one of the first clerks to receive level 5 diploma in leadership and management through UMD Professional Ltd.

Hudson has also worked within the industry in Sydney Australia and so has a broad understanding of the legal market beyond the UK.

Hudson has won numerous awards and has been consistently ranked in the legal directories for his excellent client service skills. He is quoted in the most recent Legal 500 as doing ‘anything and everything [he] can to help.’ He is described as ‘always available and know[ing] what it is you need. You can tell that [he has] good relationships with their barristers and are honest and upfront.’
