Rachael joined the team in February 2025 to provide administrative support in training partnerships and recruitment. In previous roles, Rachael has developed a strong skill set in customer service, data management and analysis, process improvement and B2B sales.

Rachael works part-time for ABC, alongside running her own business in retail distribution.
