Recruitment & Training Manager
Sarah plays a pivotal role in all recruitment initiatives, with a keen emphasis on the Bar and Chambers support staff. She works closely with Bill on all aspects of our online training, ranging from liaising with the barrister authors on the course content through to assisting our clients on orders, pricing and queries. Sarah has over eight years’ experience within the Inns as an Administrator and Pupillage Coordinator in a leading Commercial set. Her knowledge of sourcing, reviewing and organising appropriate training for members, pupils and staff is of enormous value in our recruitment and training operations. Prior to working in Chambers, Sarah was a Customer Supply Analyst and her strong customer service skills and eye for detail, honed in this position, have quickly transferred to her present role to the benefit of ABC.
