New Directors

Following a period of growth, new ventures, and an expanding consultancy and training offering, we’re delighted to announce the appointment of four new Directors – Hudson, Georgina, Sarah and Sam – joining Bill and Tess on the leadership team.

Each of them has already played a significant role in ABC’s recent success, and their appointments reflect both the contribution they’ve made and the future we’re building together. This step strengthens our ability to better serve the chambers community through recruitment, training and consultancy, while staying true to the values that have defined ABC since it was founded in 2012: integrity, honesty, trust and absolute discretion.

As part of this next chapter, ABC LLP will now operate as ABC Partnership Ltd, reflecting our collaborative leadership structure and the partnership-led approach that underpins how we work. Importantly, our services, relationships and commitment to chambers remain unchanged – this is about formalising how we already operate and supporting sustainable growth.

We’re also continuing to expand our consultancy offering, including commercial strategy and business planning, public relations, coaching and mentoring, culture reviews and surveys, GDPR, practice management operations and neuro-inclusion. Alongside this, our training portfolio continues to grow, with renewed focus on ESG and EDI to help chambers thrive in a changing landscape.
