This course is designed to help barristers’ Clerks with their planning and presentation of BD activities.
The course takes influence from proven strategic BD tools. We examine how we can maximise value from your current client base and build new markets/revenue streams.
At the end of this course, you will have a very clear understanding, together with practical tools, to be able to write a credible BD plan to submit to your chamber’s management committee. This workshop is designed for all experienced Clerks and Practice Managers and will explore the following:
