The process is always tailored to fit the individual needs of the client but, whatever the process, all parties know they can depend on our absolute confidentiality. We invariably work under an NDA and do not begin until these have been signed by all parties, but, depending on the circumstances, the identities of yourself as the potential applicant and the potential Chambers, may not be revealed initially until it is agreed that there appears to be a fit and a real prospect of success.
Knowing the market so well, we are able to identify potential Chambers who we feel would be a good fit, including those where we have been told privately by a key contact that an application from someone of a certain call or specialism would be welcomed. We are also retained by a number of sets to look out for barristers who fit with their structured growth plans. Our specialism in the legal arena sees us as a key choice for many sets requiring assistance in this area.
ABC is regularly contacted by Members of the Bar who are happy where they are, but aware they need to move to benefit their practice in a particular area or geographical region, including an international move.
