Training Module
Ensuring fair allocation of work within chambers is crucial for promoting equality and diversity among barristers.
By engaging in fair allocation training and adopting transparent allocation policies, chambers can foster a more equitable and inclusive environment for all members.
Implementing fair allocation training helps Chambers create a more inclusive, compliant, and high-performing environment, ultimately benefiting both barristers and the clients they serve.
What does the module cover?
Numerous “Chambers real life” scenarios are given throughout the module to demonstrate how the legal obligations and regulatory requirements might play out in a Chambers-specific context, to help address challenges that are unique to barristers and the Chambers world.
